Room 5 is on the main floor at the front of the house. It is large (12′ by 16′) and bright and fully furnished. All utilities including wifi are included in the rent.

The heat is electric and is controlled by the occupant.

Room 5 shares the main floor kitchen with Rooms 4, 6 and 8. The main floor bathroom is shared with Room 6.
