Room 1 is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. Room 1 shares the kitchen and bathroom with Rooms 2 and 3. The room is large and fairly recently renovated. It is fully furnished with double bed, desk, wardrobe, nightstand and dresser.

The room heating is electric, and the occupant controls the thermostat.

The kitchen, bathroom and common areas are professionally cleaned once per week. The rent is $925 per month and it includes wifi, hydro and everything else.
