Room 2 is on the ground level. it is roughly 9 feet by 13 feet. The room is fully furnished with bed, dresser, wardrobe, and large desk. Wifi, heat and all utilities are included in the rent.

Room 2 has electric heat an its own thermostat so the occupant controls their heat.

Room 2 shares the ground floor kitchen and bathroom with Rooms 1 and 3. The ground floor rooms have their own entrance.

The rent for Room 2 is $875 per month.
