The stove is brand new and there are two fridges, an new microwave oven, coffee maker etc.  I supply all pots, pans, dishes, dish cloths and cleaning supplies.  I supply toilet tissue and cleaning supplies.

All students are expected to wash their dishes immediately after use and put them away, wipe down the counters and generally not leave a mess behind in the kitchen.

I monitor the bathroom and kitchen daily to clean as required, and to deal with garbage and recycling.  All the common areas including kitchens and bathrooms are professionally clean once per week.

Students on the ground and the main floors are free to use all the common spaces on both floors.
